several macro improvements:
• in CUA marking mode (Shift-Cursor) try the movement first without
marking enabled so the macro aborts when the movement fails
(LP#1677671)
• do not lose the mark in mathins, fixwhitespace, freedroidz, fmtln macros
(unfortunately, the new technique still doesn’t free mark#9 on DOS)
