forcibly disable LTO if GCC is used: unbreaks build on
OpenSuSE:Factory, who blindly enabled LTO by default,
which might make others follow (which’s why I disable
LTO at upstream level)
https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:LTO shows a distro-
level disablement, but…
