[WIP] begin complete utility documentation overhaul (up to setenv)
as requested by msiism in IRC, document also the built-in aliases
and, while here, also elaborate on dot.mkshrc functions and aliases
oberhaul text while seeing it
use the new \dash equivalent from latest portmdoc
