Oh yeah, mailers… but there’s no “correct” answer of how
they should behave by default.
I rather like Pine’s question (reply to all, Yes/No), but
it needs a Yes/No/Followup option where Followup doesn’t
put the From into the To and puts the To into the To in‐
stread of the Cc of my reply.

unless you say something different, so no need to mail
