Yup, sorry about the delay, I got all hot and bothered to run it and then left

Could you be more specific? There are some URL's which are absolute links to
www.apache.org (for the bug database for example), and some which are rooted
relative links (i.e. HREF="/info/whatever"). Actually acting upon this comment
I went and removed two rooted-relative links, both in the /info/ directory. if
something else is happening let me know.
