what needs to be where
the various cgi scripts appear to be coming over with no execute permissions
might be my incompetence at mirroring (i'll check)
if i go into the mirrors directory there is no index.html - so i end up with a 
directory listing - is this is what is intended?
i'll have a look at what is on www.apache.org - but don't particularly want to 
make changes at my end (apart from the obvious apache configuartion changes 
and the link to perl)
