There are two ways to mirror the CVS trees we have available.  Included in
those CVS trees is the web site, actually, though it does not include the
/dist tree since storing that in CVS would be a monster pain. 

If you have "cvsup" installed, you can use the cvsup server at
www.apache.org.  I strongly recommend this as the most efficient way of
transferring files.

If you want to use "anonymous" CVS, see http://dev.apache.org/anoncvs.txt

I think unfortunately you're still going to have to use mirror.pl to pull
down the /dist tree.  I'll see if we can change that...
