There is a problem with http://mirror.telentente.com/pub/apache/dist/httpd/ My best guess is that you have an AllowOverride that is conflicting with the .htaccess in that directory. But check your ErrorLog for the real details. Once you get that fixed up, please post again and I will add you. Joshua.
