Oops... I just realised the daily rsync deleted away the dist symlink. I guess 
I'll make do without the symlink for now since the final product will be 
http://apache.hjc.edu.sg instead of http://apache.hjc.edu.sg/dist .

Hopefully the mirror list can be updated soon. Thanks!
