Hello, I would suggest a few changes for improved clarity:
Quick and dirty changes: - Change "Name: " for "Mirror maintainer name: " - Change "HTTP Mirror Location:" and add a "(URL)" to the end (same with ftp line) - a little blurb at the bottom giving the submitter some idea of how much time it will take for their submission to be added A little more work: - Add two character country code, which then can be simply added into the mirrors-by-country page.
