New mirror site in Hong Kong

Hi, I've successfully mirrored the Apache site in Hong Kong here -
http://apache.inframatrix.com/ . The box is connected to the datacenter
backbone with a 100Base-TX pipe and guess it can handle quite a bit of local
traffic.
