ok, then maybe it was my mistake not to read all the mails. (it's a human behaviour to look for mistakes of others, before looking for the own ones) Sometimes I just read the subjects in order to find out whether the content is interesting for me or not, because sometimes there are just too many mails to read them all. In these cases one mail with all important facts would solve the problem, but this is just my opinion ...
