I just want to follow-up on a discussion that we had a little while ago about creating a multi-level mirror system where some mirrors would provide rsync access to other mirrors.
Henk Penning did some research in our rsync log files and found that the bandwidth used by the apache mirrors is really a tiny fraction of the total apache.org bandwidth. Hence it doesn't seem to make sense to complicate our mirroring system at this point. Thanks anyway to everyone who volunteered. Joshua.
