Hi Svante, *, You can take a look on all the mirrors avaliable in your area by browsing http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/3.3.2/win/x86/ and click into "Details" of one of the files. As a mirror provider, I notice that MirrorBrain checks my mirror every minute. Perhaps Jan met the unavaliabilty of the mirror within that minute. Btw, it is still not working.
