I have attached the acpi table at /var/db/acpi if anyone wants to see what is wrong with the acpi.

Yes, try doing an install.

Once it's installed, you'll probably have to disable acpipci at boot time
again until we've found out exactly why it's making it crash.

At the bootloader prompt, type:

boot -c

and when it enters UKC, do:

disable acpipci
quit

... and see if it boots in to the ramdisk kernel.
