I am not Canadian so I can't really give any advice on where to buy books from, but a few work arounds do come to mind: 1. I believe Hansteen attends BSDCan (which just passed I know), so it might be possible to pick a copy up at BSDCan next year (if you attend) 2. If you know of a Canadian attending EuroBSDCon you could ask them to pick you up a copy (or an extra if they also want one), and then they can ship it to you domestically. If you are attending EuroBSDCon then as long as there are copies available you should be able to pick one up. 3. You can read it as an ebook, I know this is not what you wanted but it is an option. 4. You could email support and see if they can send it via an alternative courier? If I remember correctly, the fee is customs + shipping costs, however it sounds strange that the delivery and customs would be MORE than the item worth.
