I think you are asking for something which doesn't exist. Drop the 'ac' requirement, or drop the hostap requirement, or split into two devices (one for client with ac, one on USB for hostap without, e.g. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/306677945560), and you have more options. -- Please keep replies on the mailing list.
