Summary of changes since last snapshot (opensmtpd-201310281424p1):

    - lowercase pki name in smtp and mta before lookups
    - fix case-folding issues with pki names
    - make sure pki entry exists when used in a listen or relay rule
    - fix documentation example in table(5)
    - fix log message
    - fix reference counting in fs queue, preventing orphaned messages

    - lots of cosmethic changes and minor cleanups

Portable specific changes:

    - improve autotools layout
    - split filters and backends into specific modules
    - allow --with-pic and --without-pic to be used in configure script
    - sync portable OpenSSH m4/aclocal-openssh.m4
    - update Makefile.am to pass 'make distcheck'
    - send paths defined by configure switches to all Makefile.am
    - do not substitute paths in manpages/files, packagers should do it
    - no longer check for arc4random(), we don't use it anymore
    - use csprng_*() everywhere in regress/ and smtpd/ (including backends and 
filters)
    - sync with OpenSSH openbsd-compat/setproctitle.c
    - add openbsd-compat/bsd-misc.{c,h}, and update 
openbsd-compat/openbsd-compat.h
    - sync with OpenSSH openbsd-compat/openbsd-compat.h
    - cleanup and update openbsd-compat/NOTES
    - sync configure.ac with portable OpenSSH
    - rename package name to opensmtpd
