I would go for something like :

pki mycert certificate "/etc/mail/mycert.cert"
pki mycert key "/etc/mail/mycert.key"

listen on 2001:db8::1 secure pki mycert hostname "mydomain.tld"
listen on 2001:db8::1 port submission tls pki mycert hostname
"mydomain.tld" auth

accept from any for domain "mydomain.tld" relay via smtp://server-in-dmz.ip

accept for any relay
