It's possible you might need some "from" clauses if you are recieving
from another host. From the smtpd.conf man page:
from [!] local
The rule matches only locally originating connections.
This is the default, and may be omitted.
So you can't normally match stuff coming from off the mail system
unless you specify where it is allowed from...
