Like SPF or RBL checking.

Currently no. Unless your distro still packages the circa 5.9.2 release with the accompanying opensmtpd-extras which has filters for rbl checking, not sure about spf checks.

SPF filter not included. I was working on one, but stopped development when the filter API got pulled; in its current state it causes some mail to be lost after receipt, so I can't recommend using it.

Not sure that spf checks are all that accurate.
Of course that is up for debate.

In my experience, SPF checks are a reasonably accurate way to assess whether a sending domain authorizes a certain host to send mail in its name. Whether a given envelope "passes" an SPF check, is not an accurate indication of anything (by itself). SPF is meant to be used together with local policies that decide when and how to use an SPF record.
