Hello everybody! :-) I#ve just a little question. Will OpenBSD work on a IBM x440 Server?
I ask because it's planed to buy such a Server (starting with 2x XEON MP, 8 CPUs are planned in the future) and I would like to install OpenBSD on it. So does somebody know if OpenBSD will run (I ask because the IBM Chipset: "XA 32") on a IBM x440?. Btw: Is somebody out there running OpenBSD on e.g. a 4-way or 8-way Server? Or maybe somebody who has also a Server with an XA-32-Chipset who's able to tell me if it works or not? IBM tells me LINUX is supported so I hope e.g. OpenBSD will work too. Kind regards, Sebastian
