How much will cost to repair my unit ?

There you will find our service labor charges. Please keep in mind that these 
are labor charges.  It is not possible to develop an accurate estimate for 
repair of a piece of equipment without knowing what parts are defective, how 
much they cost if they are available.

My Unit had a X part broken, do you sell that part ?

We aren't a part distributor and because that we don't sell parts outright you 
must send in your unit for repair. We do not sell used units, our business if 
repair only.

My unit had a X part broken and I will send it to be repaired, you can give me 
a full estimate with parts and labor before I send the unit to you ?

The only estimate we can give to you is for labor rates, as we aren't a parts 
distributor we don't have list of prices of each Brand and it require a 
research time, we don't do it for free, you need to send your unit to us for 
repair, as soon your unit is here we will spend all the time necessary to 
locate the part your unit need and provided to you an exact estimate.
We will charge only the cost of parts plus shipping charge, we don't make 
profit on parts, our business is repair only and our profit is only in the 
labor charge

Why can't I reach a Technician?

We actually receive over 4.500 phone calls and more than 8.000 e-mails per 
month. If the technicians answer all the calls and e-mails they will not be 
able to repair any units. Therefore, a trained customer service staff will 
answer all the question, but they aren't technician. Anyway if the technician 
have a special need of communicate with you regardless to the repair of your 
unit, they will call you directly
We are a not a tech support company, if you need tech support or ask a question 
about some feature of your unit, please call directly to the manufacturer of 
your unit.
