OpenBSD is well-documented, this particular page is listed in the 'SEE
ALSO' section of afterboot(8) which is referenced by the email sent to
root after installing OpenBSD (also mentioned when you type 'help').
So, I think this page is quite easy to find. If you have a problem or
question, have a good look around the documentation (i.e. manual pages,
FAQ) to try and find the answer for yourself.
