If it is working, then it has nothing to do with Apache. phpsysinfo
works by gathering data, outside of apache, using php, it then outputs
to a file, I use machine-name.html. Once this file is created, your
apache server come serves it as just an html file. From what I
remember, aside from the images dir, you really do not need to have the
entire dist on your apache root, unless you are going to run it as a
cgi.
I run phpsysinfo on Solaris and I too get very little output, seesm
like most of the useful data is generated when you are running it on a
linux server. I would suggest you post to the phpsysinfo forum. -mike
