It seems the OP's question has migrated to "what local-media FS is
mountable rw with full functionalities on Solaris and OpenBSD?" I don't
think any is, though vfat is likely the closest you'll get.
If rw isn't necessary then a cd image on vfat might work. To mount the
image, look at vnconfig(8) on OpenBSD and lofiadm(1M) on Solaris.
