Did you try pushing the on/off switch for 5 seconds? That will turn the laptop off unconditionally and you can turn it back on for a reboot. -- Tired of having to defend against Malware? (You know: trojans, viruses, SPYWARE, ADWARE, KEYLOGGERS, rootkits, worms and popups) Then Switch to OpenBSD with a KDE desktop!!!
