You're probably better off with a package than a port,
something like this might be what you want:
ftp://ftp3.usa.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/3.7/packages/amd64/glib2-2.4.8.tgz
glib is not the same as glibc.
The linux_base port is also known as emulators/redhat which is only
available for i386.
