taken is to involve pf's load balancing features
(http://www.openbsd.org/faq/pf/pools.html and pf.conf(5)).

What happens when this technique is used and one of the
links goes down?  Seems to me that there's no provision
for failover to the working link and half your connection
attempts will fail.  Can this be right?
