Patch #10 for 4.8 is missing the path ie. "Index: if_sis.c" http://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/patches/4.8/common/010_sis.patch
If you encounter a 'File to patch' issue, you should be able to apply it ok by doing: /usr/src/sys/dev/pci patch -p0 < 010_sis.patch
