Running the latest snap of amd64 and I'm noticing the machine has an idle
interrupt load of around 10%, where previously it idled at 0-1%. Prior to
the latest update the machine was running the March 20th snap.
In "top" the load shows as ~40% interrupt on CPU0, but the systat vmstat
output doesn't look unusual to me, just the usual clock and ipi interrupts
that have always been there.
Dmesg and systat vmstat output are below. I also have another machine just
updated to this same snap and NOT exhibiting the high idle interrupts, so
I'm guessing something changed in a driver, or could it be bigmem related
(this machine has 4G of RAM, the other only has 2)?
Not sure what other info would be helpful, but I can provide pretty much
