OpenBSD's bluetooth drivers are disabled in GENERIC, you can enable it with config(8)/UKC but it's very unreliable. The azalia(4) bug could be real, but they're really "complex" devices and have a lot of knobs.. it could be simply that you need to fiddle with one of them. How about 'mixerctl outputs.spkr_source=mix2'? -Bryan.
