When we transitioned from 32-bit offsets, we did so *without* the
abominable hack that StunOS uses that requires
-DDONT_SCREW_ME_WITH_A_SPLINTERY_TIMBER_FOR_USING_64_BIT_OFF_T or
whatever it is.
