OpenBSD/amd64 runs on computers equipped with AMD Athlon64

Hallo!

I took the subjectline from "INSTALL.amd64". 

I hope this is also the right ISO for other AMD processors, not amd64.

I have a Sempron 3000+ with 754 sockel, but I am not sure if it
supports amd64 instructions.
