Not really weird, your include search path is wrong. No but icinga + idoutils is in ports/packages and should work ok. (the core program and "classic" aka nagios-style-but-nicer cgi web interface work well; idoutils has seen a bit less testing but should also work, the icinga-web port isn't quite finished yet but my uncommitted diffs are not far off).
