I learned there was an Net BSD that might work with it.
But I did find the pages for open bsd

I agree... I don't think the problem is with the network card (wi0)
but rather the scoop driver. It appeared to power down the CF in
OpenBSD 4.2. What changed within the driver after 4.2 to cause the
problem?
