I tried, but the compiled binaries won't do it

# make
# make install
install -c -S -s -o root -g bin -m 555 relayd /relayd
install -c -o root -g bin -m 444 relayd.8 /usr/share/man/man8/relayd.8
install -c -o root -g bin -m 444 relayd.conf.5 \
   /usr/share/man/man5/relayd.conf.5
# /relayd
/relayd[1]: syntax error: `^Y^X^F44^\4^\' unexpected

Should I do the whole thing mentioned in

<http://www.openbsd.org/faq/faq5.html>, including building a new kernel?

Thanks,
Martin
