Thanks for the feedback - my Dec 5 snapshot behaves the same. White noise, 100% brightness, x6050 error on changing the brightness, etc. fw_update pulled the latest 5.7 version of iwn firmware, and my wireless works fine (Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205). Also, xbacklight does not work - basically no output on any set, get commands. Anyone got this working, so I can have the brightness adjusted? Thanks. -Amarendra
