Not supported in OpenBSD or afaict FreeBSD yet. There is an ISC-licensed Linux driver (alx) from Qualcomm/Atheros for this (also supporting the older chips). http://lxr.linux.no/#linux+v3.7/drivers/net/ethernet/atheros/atlx/
