I really can't speak for the developers, but achieving less that 1/4 of
the performance of Linux for DNS and mainly, achieving LESS with thread
support than before threads sound like an issue to me.

Perhaps it is just the beginning of a lot of work than lies ahead after
the thread introduction.

I don't see why stable and decently performant should be contradictory.
