With this option, the horribly slow redrawings
of a moved window are gone, but it is still
very slugish; opening (any) new window takes forever,
then a grey rectangle appears for a moment,
then finaly the content appears. Overall,
vesa is much more usable than nv with this.

I'll juts get rid of this.
