It is currently all mpt(4) and ami(4). Actually their stuff is
pretty well supported. Recently we added ipmi(4) which is supported

Also on the older servers you can plug a PERC 3/DC for RAID support,

Does HP, IBM, or anyone else provide a 1u rack mount server with
hardware raid that is fully supported by OpenBSD? Or do I have to
go to each vendor and get them to tell me the chipset for each part?
IBM does mostly adaptec
HP does adaptec, cac(4) and ciss(4)
None of these are currently supported by bioctl(8).
There are some other boards like gdt(4) which are pretty good and
could be dropped in just about any box.
