Hello,
with the amd64 5.4-current of Sep-30, suspend/resume is no longer
working on my Dell Inspiron 1525.
zzz (or lid close) seems to work normally.
Then after pushing the power button (opening the lid), hard disk starts
spinning and power LED goes on but the screen stays blank. Blindly
typing "shutdown -h -p now" does not power down. Nor does the power
button. sshd does not respond.
When disabling acpi, it hangs after "starting network".
The last known good snapshot is 5.3-current of Jun-13.
What can I do? I'm addicted to that feature already.
Can it be caused by a mistake in the last upgrade (long long time_t)?
In the upgrade, the final steps failed (as always) because I have the
kernel on sd0a while root is on sd2a. I had to manually run pwd_mkdb.
Is there anything I missed?
