But.. you don't have to include MAILER(local), its included by default as you can read it in the official documentation at http://sendmail.org/m4/readme.html. And perhaps you are looking for FEATURE(`local_procmail'), but since you dont provide any information of what you are doing exactly, no one cant even help you.
