Can you get a crash dump instead? Disable ddb.panic and it will try and create one. If so, then you can use gdb on it to get a backtrace, see crash(8) for more. Considering the amount of RAM in that box the dump may take a while, you may want to restrict it (e.g. "machine mem =4G" in the boot loader) if it isn't all needed.
