And you expect the magic fairies to just like that, find the compiler when you need it and you didn't install it ? Duh, it's not as if the error messages aren't explicit enough, and not as if the FAQ doesn't cover this. What next ? you want us to go debian and install "fake" as/ld/headers that tell you to install the real thing. Do yourself a favor, read a bit of the FAQ, it's surpringly useful!
