Well that's quite a lot of unconfigured. Can you try latest current
snapshot? Just in case, most probably nothing will change, but just that
devs will get latest info.

As well is that dmesg after first reboot or second reboot?

I'm not sure if I will want to live without IPMI

server, but if you have other remote console then it may be
workable. For example MEI it depends.....laptops runs just fine without it
on OpenBSD https://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/misc-devices/mei/mei.txt,
but those others you need to check, but personally I will try
different
HW if possible.
