Dear group, I have a small box ( GENERIC i386 5.2) which acts as a mail server and it was running fine since quite some time now. Since few days, the machine gets unresponsive and a cold restart is needed. The console doesn't display any error message, except, when I was running a gtar command, following messages appeared on the screen:
uvm_fault(0xd932704,0x0,0,3) ->e kernel: page fault trap, code=0 stopped at mi_switch+0x6d:movl %edx,0xffffffec(%ebp) ddb> please notice that the the screen freezes and the keyboard becomes unresponsive. A cold restart is needed. Thank you for your help.
