What gstreamer packages do you have installed? Are you getting a core dump? What are you doing when it crashes? I have used dwb, xombrero and Firefox and don't have crashes, but I'm not doing anything multimedia, either. By the way, I took a quick look into Abaco and Quark. Abaco uses mk to build which just immediately segfauts on my system. Didn't look any further into it. Quark requires webkit 1.0. I don't even know where to get that anymore. Although their concept of locking a tab to a domain is an interesting one. Tim.
