No, because this dude obviously does not understand UDP. SSH can be quite useful to run some services behind it, but you quickly get latency issues (hell, it even is a pain using the chat-client) and SSH is not a protocl I would call really optimal or desirable for such a task, let alone replacing HTTP/2.
